2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and deliveries made through the Feestrijk webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Products
Feestrijk offers mainly vintage (second-hand) furniture and handmade accessories:
- Vintage items may show signs of wear that are part of their unique character.
- Colors, shapes, or sizes may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
- Every product is described and photographed as accurately as possible.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€):
- No VAT is charged on the products (margin scheme or VAT exemption applies).
- Shipping costs are not included, unless stated otherwise.
5. Orders and payment
Orders can be placed through the webshop. An order becomes final once payment has been received. Payments can be made using the payment methods available on the website.
6. Delivery and collections

For vintage and handmade items, returns are only possible upon agreement, within 14 days after receipt.

Returned items must be in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

Custom-made or clearly personalized items cannot be returned.
7. Returns

Feestrijk ships only items suitable for delivery. Some products are pickup only; this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Feestrijk is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping provider.
8. Liability
Feestrijk is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of a product or normal wear and tear of vintage items.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (such as illness, transport issues, or delivery delays), Feestrijk reserves the right to cancel or postpone the order.
